POWER CHEW

• 100g Chicken meat
• ½ cup Brown rice
• 1 Tablespoon Chicken broth
• 1 Tablespoon Plain unsweetened yoghurt

1. Roast the chicken, then shred it finely. Cook the brown rice.
2. Mix the chicken, rice and chicken broth together. Let it cool completely.
3. Mix in yoghurt for creaminess. Optional: Stir in finely chopped parsley.

• 3 tablespoons Peanut butter (xylitol free)
• ½ ripe Banana
• 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil
• A handful of dog kibble

1. Mash the banana until smooth. Heat the coconut oil until liquid.
2. Mix the banana, peanut butter and oil to form a thick paste. Fold in the kibble for texture.

Freeze it overnight for longer enjoyment. Always supervise your dog during play.

• 150g Lean turkey breast ½ Cup Sweet potato
• 1 Tablespoon Plain unsweetened yoghurt
• 1 Tablespoon Finely ground oats
• 1 Tablespoon Olive oi

1. Boil or steam the turkey breast until fully cooked. Allow it to cool, then shred it finely.
2. Cook the sweet potato, then mash it.
3. In a bowl combine the mashed sweet potato, shredded turkey breast, yoghurt and ground oats
4. Add olive oil if desired. Stir thoroughly. Let it cool completely.

Freeze it overnight for longer enjoyment. Fill the toy in tight layers. Press to remove any air pockets. Seal with a thin layer of yoghurt or sweet potato

• 100g Plain unsweetened yoghurt
• ½ Apple
• 1 Tablespoon Finely ground oats

1. Peel and core the apple, then grate it finely or mash into a smooth pulp.
2. In a bowl, combine the yoghurt and grated apple.
3. Gradually add the ground oats while mixing. The consistency should be smooth but not runny.
4. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes before use.

• 150g Lean ground beef
• 1 Carrot, finely grated
• 1 Tablespoon Cooked rice or oats

1. Cook the beef in a pan on medium heat until fully browned.
2. Add the grated carrot. Stir for 2–3 minutes until soft.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in the cooked rice or oats. Let it cool completely.

• 200g Sweet potato (peeled)
• 90g Sardines in unsalted water, drained
• 30-50ml Unsalted bone broth (optional)
• 3g Finely chopped parsley or dill (optional)

1. Cook the sweet potato, then mash until smooth. Mash the sardines into a separate paste.
2. Mix the sardines with a small amount of sweet potato to create a rich core mixture.
3. Gradually fold the bone broth into the remaining sweet potato until it is slightly looser but still thick.
4. If using herbs, mix them into the sweet potato base only

Add the filling (Layered Method): BASE LAYER: Add the sweet potato & broth mixture and press gently. MIDDLE CORE: Add some sardine-rich mash in the center. TOP LAYER: Finish with sweet potato mash to seal the toy. Freeze for at least 1–2 hours for longer enjoyment

• 200 g Cottage cheese (plain, low-fat, unsalted)
• 100g Fresh or defrosted blueberries

1. Mash the blueberries with a fork inside a bowl until juicy.
2. Stir in the cottage cheese. Leave some texture and colour variation for texture and visual appeal.
3. Spoon the mixture into the toy opening. Press to remove any air pockets.

Optional: Freeze for 30–60 minutes for longer enjoyment.

• 150g Plain unsweetened yoghurt
• 150g Fresh strawberries (leaves removed)
• 50g Coconut oil

1. Mash the strawberries into a smooth purée. Heat the coconut oil until liquid.
2. Prepare three separate bowls: 1. Yoghurt 2. Strawberry purée 3. Coconut oil (slightly cooled)
3. Add yoghurt as the base layer. Use strawberry for the middle layer. Finish with coconut oil to seal the toy. Chill for 30–60 minutes until set.

• 80g Plain unsweetened yoghurt
• 40g Pumpkin purée (no spices)
• 180g Lean ground beef or lean turkey
• 80g Cooked rice
• 30g Dog treats or dry kibble
• 20g Low-fat cottage cheese

1. Cook ground beef or turkey in a pan until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat. Mix with cooked rice. Let it cool completely
2. Mix the yoghurt and pumpkin purée until smooth and spreadable.
3. Crush the dog treats or kibble. Mix with cottage cheese to bind them together

HOW TO LOAD YOUR POWER CHEW: 1. Start with the crunchy layer. Pack a small amount deep into the toy. 2. Add the protein core. Pack fi rmly in layers. Press to remove air pockets. 3. Seal with the soft layer. Cover the opening completely. 4. Freeze overnight for longer enjoyment.
