The device offers two working modes, and the recommended mode depends on the usage environment, not the size of the pet.

Mode 1 (Gentle Ultrasonic + steady indicator red and blue light):
Ideal for indoor or home use, providing continuous and mild ultrasonic waves for daily wear in calm environments. -
Mode 2 (Strong Ultrasonic + fast-flashing indicator red and blue light):
Recommended for outdoor use, especially on grass, near roads, in open areas, or during nighttime walks. The stronger ultrasonic output combined with the flashing indicator light improves visibility and helps enhance safety in low-light conditions.

When the battery is depleted, the indicator light turns off and the device shuts down automatically.
A very slight audible sound (a brief “beep”) may be heard only when the device is powered on or when switching modes. After that, the sound stops.
This is normal and does not indicate that the device has stopped working. The repellency function relies on ultrasonic waves, which are inaudible to humans. As long as the indicator light remains on, the device is operating correctly and does not require reactivation.
The device works by emitting ultrasonic frequencies beyond the range of human hearing, effectively repelling fleas, ticks, and lice without using chemicals, radiation, or toxic substances.
Approximately 1–2 years, depending on usage and charging habits.
